《韓國(guó)金屬與材料雜志》是韓國(guó)金屬與材料研究所（KIM）的代表性韓文期刊，在國(guó)外從金屬與材料到納米材料、生物材料、功能材料、能源材料等領(lǐng)域發(fā)表了與金屬與材料相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)論文。以及新材料，其官方ISO名稱是Korean J. Met. Mater.韓國(guó)金屬與材料雜志成立于1963年，每年出版12次，1976年被稱為金屬雜志（ISSN 0454-627X），1977年至1999年被稱為韓國(guó)金屬雜志（ISSN 0253-3847），自2000年成為韓國(guó)金屬和材料雜志（ISSN 1738-8228/eissn 2288-8241）。韓國(guó)金屬與材料雜志自1998以來已在韓國(guó)國(guó)家研究基金會(huì)注冊(cè)，自2007年1月起在斯高帕斯數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和科學(xué)引文索引擴(kuò)展(SCIE)下注冊(cè)。

The Korean Journal of Metals and Materials is a representative Korean-language journal of the Korean Institute of Metals and Materials (KIM); it publishes domestic and foreign academic papers related to metals and materials, in abroad range of fields from metals and materials to nano-materials, biomaterials, functional materials, energy materials, and new materials, and its official ISO designation is Korean J. Met. Mater.Founded in 1963, the Korean Journal of Metals and Materials has been published twelve times annually, up to 1976 as the Journal of Metals (ISSN 0454-627X), from 1977 to 1999 as the Korean Journal of Metals (ISSN 0253-3847), and since 2000 as the Korean Journal of Metals and Materials (ISSN 1738-8228 / eISSN 2288-8241).The Korean Journal of Metals and Materials has been registered with the National Research Foundation of Korea since 1998 and with SciVerse Scopus and the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) since January 2007.
