《森林研究雜志》發(fā)表原創(chuàng)文章、評(píng)論和簡(jiǎn)短的交流。它包括森林研究的所有方面，包括基礎(chǔ)研究和應(yīng)用研究，目的是鼓勵(lì)對(duì)森林科學(xué)有共同興趣的不同領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)家之間進(jìn)行國際交流。該學(xué)會(huì)的會(huì)員資格不是在本刊發(fā)表論文的先決條件。《森林研究》雜志分為四個(gè)部分，研究領(lǐng)域如下:社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、規(guī)劃和管理科-森林政策和社會(huì)科學(xué)、森林評(píng)估、模型和管理、森林作業(yè)和森林工程、景觀規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)、森林教育森林環(huán)境部分-森林氣象學(xué)、水文學(xué)、侵蝕控制與危害、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生態(tài)學(xué)和土壤科學(xué)林業(yè)及植物科學(xué)組-造林和生產(chǎn)過程、森林生態(tài)和植被動(dòng)態(tài)、分子生態(tài)和保護(hù)、森林遺傳學(xué)和樹木育種、樹木生理學(xué)森林健康節(jié)-森林昆蟲和動(dòng)物、森林微生物、非木材林產(chǎn)品該雜志對(duì)任何在這些研究領(lǐng)域發(fā)表論文的人開放。

Journal of Forest Research publishes original articles, reviews, and short communications. It covers all aspects of forest research, both basic and applied, with the aim of encouraging international communication between scientists in different fields who share a common interest in forest science. Membership of the society is not a prerequisite for publication in this journal. Journal of Forest Research covers 4 sections with the following research areas;Socioecnomics, Planning and Management Section - forest policy and social sciences, forest assessment, modelling and management, forest operations and forest engineering, landscape planning and design, forest educationForest Environment Section - forest meteorology, hydrology, erosion control and hazards, ecosystem ecology and soil scienceSilviculture and Plant Sciences Section - silviculture and production processes, forest ecology and vegetation dynamics, molecular ecology and conservation, forest genetics and tree breeding, tree physiologyForest Health Section - forest insects and animals, forest microbes, non-wood forest productsThe journal is open for anyone to submit papers in these research areas.
