The quaterly published Journal " Informacije MIDEM - Journal of Microelectronics, Electronic Components and Materials" is a scientific - professional - society publication with more than 25 year tradition. In the Journal, contributions covering the fields of microelectronics, electronic components and materials are published.Contributions published in the Journal are :review scientific papers (upon invitation only)original scientific papersProfessional articles, research surveys, tutorials and expository overviews will not be considered for publication.
