本期刊致力于發(fā)表熱和傳質(zhì)現(xiàn)象基礎(chǔ)研究領(lǐng)域的新進(jìn)展，以及相關(guān)的材料性質(zhì)及其測量，從而促進(jìn)工程問題的應(yīng)用。這本雜志以前的標(biāo)題是“熱和質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)移”，自1995年以來一直以“熱和質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)移”為標(biāo)題出版。

This journal is dedicated to publishing new developments in the field of basic research of heat and mass transfer phenomena, as well as related material properties and their measurements, thereby promoting applications to engineering problems.Formerly titled "W?rme- und Stoffübertragung," the journal has been publishing under the title "Heat and Mass Transfer" since 1995.
