《黑斯廷斯法律期刊》是美國(guó)加州大學(xué)黑斯廷斯法學(xué)院最古老的法律期刊。[1]中國(guó)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)成立于1949年，地點(diǎn)在加利福尼亞州的舊金山。自1997年起，它就隸屬于奧布萊恩學(xué)術(shù)出版中心。[3]中國(guó)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)12月、1月、3月、5月、6月和8月，每期6期。[4]每年都會(huì)舉辦一個(gè)研討會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的演講者就不同的話題發(fā)表演講。[5]每卷一期，專為研討會(huì)上的文章而設(shè)。[6] Washington & Lee對(duì)《黑斯廷斯法律期刊》(Hastings Law Journal)的排名很好，2011年排在第31位。申請(qǐng)過(guò)程是在第一年考試結(jié)束后的夏季進(jìn)行的匿名寫(xiě)作比賽。有些學(xué)生只通過(guò)成績(jī)被錄取，有些學(xué)生只通過(guò)寫(xiě)作比賽被錄取，還有一些學(xué)生通過(guò)綜合考試被錄取。在個(gè)人陳述中表達(dá)的特殊情況也會(huì)被考慮。轉(zhuǎn)校生也可以在夏季晚些時(shí)候參加作文比賽。

Hastings Law Journal is the oldest law journal at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.[1] It began in 1949 in San Francisco, California.[2] As of 1997, it is under the umbrella of the O'Brien Center for Scholarly Publications.[3] The Journal has six issues per volume in December, January, March, May, June, and August.[4] Every year, the Journal hosts a symposium inviting speakers from around the country on varied topics.[5] One issue per volume is dedicated to articles on the Symposium.[6] Washington & Lee ranks Hastings Law Journal well, coming in at number 31 in 2011.[7] The application process is an anonymous write-on competition during the summer after first year exams. Some students are accepted by grades alone, some by the writing competition alone, and some by a combination. Special circumstances expressed in a personal statement are also considered. Transfer students may also participate in the write-on competition later in the summer.
