生物醫(yī)學(xué)色譜是致力于出版有關(guān)色譜和相關(guān)技術(shù)在生物和醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)中的應(yīng)用的原始論文。研究論文和綜述文章涵蓋了生物化學(xué)、生物技術(shù)、分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、臨床化學(xué)、藥理學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科中有關(guān)物質(zhì)分離、鑒定和測定的方法和技術(shù)。其中包括分析體液細(xì)胞和組織純化生物重要化合物的藥物動力學(xué)和采用HPLC- GC - HPLC- ms薄層色譜、親和色譜、凝膠過濾電泳及相關(guān)技術(shù)的測序方法。該期刊以及報告當(dāng)前的研究也為我們的社區(qū)提供了一個關(guān)于實用和工具方法論的主要信息資源。

Biomedical Chromatography is devoted to the publication of original papers on the applications of chromatography and allied techniques in the biological and medical sciences. Research papers and review articles cover the methods and techniques relevant to the separation identification and determination of substances in biochemistry biotechnology molecular biology cell biology clinical chemistry pharmacology and related disciplines. These include the analysis of body fluids cells and tissues purification of biologically important compounds pharmaco-kinetics and sequencing methods using HPLC GC HPLC-MS TLC paper chromatography affinity chromatography gel filtration electrophoresis and related techniques. This journal as well as reporting current research also serves our community as a major resource for information on practical and instrumental methodology.
